Alisa is the Physical Activity Lead at Penny Brohn offering exercise, nutrition and psychological support sessions to research trial participants with cancer diagnoses. She has 15 years' experience in supporting clients to reach their health and wellbeing goals in the fitness, corporate and charity sectors, in the UK and Singapore. Alisa has a Level 4 personal training qualification and is also qualified and experienced in embodiment facilitation and transformational coaching. She is currently pursuing studies in integrative medicine approaches. She is also a qualified as an Advanced cancer and exercise rehabilitation.
