BSc Hons (Nutritional Therapy)
Functional nutrition, lifestyle and the immune system"

Mark will be focussing in on biochemical individuality - one size does not fit all. By moving the attention from the disease to the individual, then it becomes clear that there are no standard approaches, and that food can be a medicine or a poison - which it is depends on you. Mark will also be going in to some detail as to the relationship between nutrients, nutrient density, and the effective functioning of the mitochondria and the immune system.
